Go to the directory where the file is located (depending on your operating syste m) and replace it with the one supplied, make a backup of the original file in the even t the one supplied is corrupt. Were to find the file: For Win Xp/2k: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveSubscribe For Win 9x/Me: C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveSubscribe Last Setp: Write Protect the file! After you put the file in the correct folder, just right click it and select properties. There will be a read-only box. All you have to do is check that and you are all set.
